Charles Tsoi, President
With a solid background in sales and services consulting, Charles offers unparalleled strengths in customer service, strategic planning and innovation solutions. Charles plays a key role in customer relationship management and strategic planning. From growing the overall business and raising the bar on service levels in Western Canada, Charles has developed effective, proven solutions for many organizations.
Kenny Tsoi, Vice President of Sales
Since joining Sudden in 1994, Kenny has been instrumental in helping Sudden grow from its early beginnings a small break and fix shop to now as a leader in the IT Infrastructure Solution Provider space here in the Metro Vancouver area. After helping the company grow in sales for a number of years as an account manager, Kenny took up the position as Sales Manager back in 2004, managing a team of only three account executives. Since then Sudden has the fortune of enjoying a 30% growth in revenue year over year.
Stephen Thorne, Vice President of Technical Services
As an industry accredited professional, with more than 15 years of experience enabling successful customer initiatives, Stephen has applied his IS/IT architecture design, systems integration and implementation skills across a section of verticals, includes Health Care and Financial Institutions, Municipalities, Insurance Underwriters, Manufactures and Logistics firms.
Mark Rademaker, Vice President of Business development
Mark Joined Sudden in January of 2009 with more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership, IT consulting and Service Management. In his past roles within IT industry, Mark has been pivotal in creating and implementing Sales and Marketing and Service strategies.
Katherine Finnegan, Vice President of Finance
Katherine has over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience in IT, mining and insurance industries. Katherine manages the day to day accounting and financial operation of Sudden Technologies.
