User account managementCreation, modification and removal of user accounts.
REPORTING
Monthly and quarterly review of report findingsThe performance and utilization statistics reports emailed and reviewed with the client on monthly or quarterly basis.
Call ticket historyThe service history is available via Sudden Customer Portal, allowing clients to review what work had been completed.

Sudden packages include physical and cloud IT infrastructure support and can be bundled with the Sudden Cloud services. This helps to build flexible IT solution which can be easily adjusted to the fast changing business requirements.

The Sudden packages can be extended with design and deployment services that guarantees the tight solution integration with the existing client’s IT infrastructure.
