All Sudden Managed Services are based on a fixed monthly fee which is determined based on the quantity and complexity of the infrastructure being supported, and can change as that infrastructure changes. The monthly fee also takes into account a defined service level agreement (SLA) which defines the time frame within which Sudden Technologies will respond an issue based on the urgency.

When it comes to recommending equipment, as Sudden is constantly monitoring your environment, we can make proactive recommendations regarding upgrades that would enhance performance and/or avoid future performance issues.
